SHIPPING 

At Tessie, we may be made in Britain but we ship worldwide and love to see #tessieontour (A staycation to the seaside also counts!)

All U.K. orders are delivered via Royal Mail. Our next day service is with Royal Mail with a Midday order cut off. 

Shipping costs will be added to your order at the checkout. All orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 working days after orders received. Orders are sent in eco friendly packaging, shipped in recyclable boxes.

FREE U.K. Shipping on orders £65 and over.

U.K. Shipping £20 or under (2-3 working days) with Royal Mail = £2.45

U.K. Standard Shipping on orders under £65 (2-3 working days) with Royal Mail = £3.95

Please note this is subject to change during periods. Tracking numbers will be updated to orders.

Europe & Ireland 

All EU orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Signed and Tracked service.

EU Shipping (3-5 working days) with Royal Mail = £16.00

USA, Canada & Rest of the World

All orders for the USA & Rest of the World will be shipped using a standard Signed and Tracked Service where possible. (Some countries do not allow for both signed and tracked services. If there is a preference, please add to notes at checkout)

USA & Canada Standard Shipping (5-7 working days) = £24.00

Rest of the World (5-7 working days) = £26.00

If you would like express shipping to a country outside of the U.K., please contact hello@tessieclothing.com and we will be able to check courier prices for this service.

Please note that Tessie does not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the U.K.

If the customer provides the incorrect address or there’s any late payments that result in a package being returned, these costs will be charged back to the customer and not refunded on their original order.

Sometimes, we cannot control the speed of the courier service and if there are unexpected delays in the shipping process.

We cannot accept any liability for loss or inconvenience that may result from such a delay.

Please note: Tessie has the right to not ship and cancel any fraudulent order which has been flagged by our fraud protection system. These orders will be reported and are taken seriously.
